Once upon a time – and by once upon a time I mean up until last December, when I took these pictures – this was my favourite dress. There has never been another piece of clothing in my wardrobe I cherished more. Welcome Back!

A couple of years ago my mum decided to throw a Thanksgiving lunch even though it’s not really a holiday we celebrate here in Australia or even in Brazil. Before eating, we went around the table and everyone said one thing they were grateful for. I scanned my very long mental list, and while there were many things I could have said, I ended up settling for “I’m thankful for changes, and for knowing that nothing ever stays the same”.
